The Wall Street Journal reported Friday that the subpoena asked for "any and all records” produced or obtained by the committee during its work, and the records are due May 2.

The committee has been investigating the lane closures for months, and through its work obtained the internal documents -- including the infamous "time for some traffic problems in Fort Lee" email -- that tied the lane closures to the administration of Gov. Chris Christie (R) and made the story a national scandal. In its most recent batch of subpoenas, the committee called four people, including Christie's press secretary, to testify before it in May.
