North Korea has released another bizarre propaganda video. The video, released over the weekend, shows German shepherds biting at a dummy of South Korean Defense Minister Kim Kwan-Jin. Soldiers in the video also shoot at an image of the South Korean official, as the New York Daily News reported.
According to the Daily News, a soldier featured in the video says, "This is a situation like being on the eve of a big explosion. Every minute, every second counts. We are right now set to march, once the order is given."
One recent propaganda video out of North Korea showed President Obama in flames, and another featured a simulated attack on New York City, using images from the "Call of Duty" video game and the song "We are the World."
